Get the feedback from Partners and End Customers on various parameters like Quality of products, satisfaction level of sales/technical support etc.
Know the market requirements
Get feedback at senior management level i.e. CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, CXOs
Get feedback upon completion of any event/training/conference
CT chooses the sample base depending on the requirements of specific clients
The Surveys are conducted through various modes:-
Online - through interactive web applications
Telephonic - calling up and taking response to a set of questions
Email - Sending email with a survey form that can be filled up and sent back.
Face to face - by visiting the partner/customer personally, interviewing and taking feedback
